Refund policy
Custom, print-on-demand items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect items
If the product is damaged, misprinted, or defective, the supplier takes responsibility.
- Process: You must send photos or videos of the damaged item to Bluedoba's customer service team via email.
- Resolution: After verification, they may offer a reprint/replacement or a refund.
- Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, Bluedoba covers the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement.
2. Buyer Remorse Returns
We cannot accept a return because of a changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, or don't like the color
3. Address Issues

Address Issues: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
