Processing Time All products at Tangled Designs by Nan are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be printed, quality checked, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please visit our Contact page and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total.
